My mom is always pushing me to eat nuts.
She would always leave bag of nuts on my bed, on my night table or even bring me a bag as a present when she visits me. Yes, she is completely obsessed with the idea that I must eat nuts.
I have to say that she is completely right, and not only because I’m vegetarian and they are extremely useful to enrich the veggie diet, but also because they are amazingly healthy and tasty!

I’m madly in love with nuts! I eat them with absolutely everything: salads, soup, desserts, and all kind of food; rice with nuts, bread with nuts, tofu with nuts and more.
Nuts are a wonderful snack! Easy to carry with you, not expensive and can keep you full and healthy with ease.
