I am lucky. I’ve had two of the most amazing dogs ever. Both of them have been my companions, my family, a huge part of my life and have changed me forever.

Pets provide many therapeutics and health benefits. Pets can ease loneliness, reduce stress, promote social interaction, encourage exercise and playfulness, and provide unconditional love and affection.
Studies have found that pet owners are less likely to suffer from depression and have lower blood pressure in stressful situations. Also, playing with a pet can elevate levels of serotonin and dopamine, which calm and relax a person.

Having a pet just couldn’t get any better!
