It’s a root that belongs to the radish family and is most commonly available in powder form.
Among the benefits of taking it daily are increased energy level, supplying iron, vitamin B, vitamins C & E, providing calcium, zinc, magnesium, phosphorus and amino acids; helping to clear acne and decreasing skin sensitivity, helping with mood balance (Yes, it really helps), and more.
