Have you heard about Maca ?
It’s a root that belongs to the radish family and is most commonly available in powder form.
Among the benefits of taking it daily are increased energy level, supplying ‎iron, vitamin B, vitamins C & E, providing calcium, zinc, magnesium, phosphorus and amino acids; helping to clear acne and decreasing skin sensitivity, helping with mood balance (Yes, it really helps), and more.
