Opposite to most people, I don’t crave sweet or chocolate, I crave sour (Weird, I know).
I love sour so much, that I used to squeeze one whole lemon on each one of my salads, doesn’t matter if they were big or small.
Ask me for skittles? The sour ones, of course!
I Went to Brazil where everyone was enjoying their mangoes and sweet fruit juices, well, I was ordering acerola and orange, a very sour and amazing juice.

Sometimes we crave something, because we lack something else: nutrients, vitamins or minerals.
